Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method whenever applicable.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
